      Good Company Poor Upper Management - Software Engineer SGS Employee Review

      Pros

      They have great benefits, decent pay, and treat their employees pretty good. The only problem is they are too focused on the quarterly bottom line to look at the big picture. This is what drove our local office out of business.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
