      You get to manage your own hours. If you're looking for a challenge, this place is great for hands-on experience. If you're a self-motivated individual, you will learn a lot.

      Cons

      You can work over 12 hours days and you'll never be caught up. It's very hard to maintain a work-life balance.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
