Pros

Great people and supervisor to work with. Like family. Great 401K matching benefits and generous PTO days, great pay. Free bagels and juice once a month, BBQ picnics in spring/summer.

Cons

Very loud office, too much social conversation made it hard to concentrate. Had to wear noise-cancelling headphones to minimize the noise. Also too much profanity and swearing in office. Very unprofessional. Too many daily morning meetings interrupt the workflow. Meetings held only the first, middle and last day of week would have been more effective/efficient.

Pros

- Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

Cons

- Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
