Pros
It's great to begin each day at the same time here. There's not a lot of stress neither as the communication is made by satellite and by "Mike" (given by SGT). You do a mistake? Just admit it and they'll keep you. Garage fixing trucks and trailers when needed during the night
Cons
Freakin' old trucks with no air conditioning. Lack of communication inside the building They do not pay well (15.95$ an hour in 2015 when you're at the top)

1. Great starting company for experience 2. Pays educational bonus if you paid for your own training 3 very forgiving, just own up to what you have done 4 everyone is helpful
Cons
1. Lack of communication to drivers on company changes. 2 several dispatches depending on location, can cause confusion 3. Pay is low, miles and hourly 4. Older trucks in QC, newer in ON. 5. Not all treated equal.
