Pros
If you join as project coordinator you will just say yes to superiors and eventually you will get promoted by years . It’s the maintenance job so you don’t have to be technically strong .. just have a degree in engineering ( certificate) and learn at work. Site supervisors and site people are good and they will do their job well..
Cons
If you join as QS and admins you will support coordinators and PMs . You work hard and know more than they do but you are never appreciated and get credits. Management thinks coordinators have to do everything and they don’t see what’s actually happening. They have different teams and some are good but one or two teams are messy and there are bad leaders.
