Pros
I will be forever great full that Lailina and Brandon gave me a position at SHE that has allowed my career to blossom at other employers.
Cons
The company always seemed as though it was consistently trying to figure it self out but never actually progressing and moving forwards. The owners are constantly arguing in front of staff members and shifting blame to each other. There doesn't seem to be any regards for customer service when situations that are SHE'S fault come to surface. Having companies phone because they are missing bill payments all the time made the staff feel uncomfortable because the owners didn't want to take the calls it seemed. It was especially frustrating when wages and positions were continually changed and there was even times when we were asked not to cash cheques. If you give your notice getting anything out of them is near impossible and I can remember a time when a contracted worker wasn't paid for there last 2 weeks. Favorites definitely are played at SHE and not always does the right person for the job keep there job.
