Not many pros. Used to be good, went downhill over the past few years and it went down fast. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Cons
Secretive layoffs, takes back their word on work from home arrangements, plays favorites, doesn’t care about loyalty from employees.

This may be a good place to start in order to gain experience in the industry at the entry level. Beyond that it should be a stepping stone.
Cons
The Glassdoor numbers say a lot. Only 50% of the people who work here would recommend to a friend or colleague. In school, 70% is 1% away from failure. SHI is 20% below failure. To add, 53% of the people who work here have a negative outlook on the company's future. That seems like a trend in the wrong direction. If your career is an investment in your life, that needs to be considered before investing a career into SHI.
