Pros
Good people who want to work hard and keep their jobs (if possible) work at Showa. Most employees are quite helpful with newbies. The factory is clean and very organized from a production and finished product to warehouse/shipment aspect.
Cons
Utterly chaotic and acidic atmosphere. Management from the top down, all the way to Team Leads are unqualified to take charge. Team Leads are far too young to manage a team on the factory floor and they know nothing about creating a well balanced "can do" team spirit. They are all overly engrossed with attaining their numbers – every day. Obviously, this motivation (if you can call it that) is simply a demand to meet shipment orders. Workers are all over-worked because of the demands made to meet numbers and quality suffers. They are fortunate to work with auto manufacturers who are lenient with quality because if any, any one of their customers were European, Showa would be out of business – their demands on high quality wouldn't measure up with what Showa can do at present. Showa's performance is static at best.
