Pros
Health insurance, 401k, people, some management. Finding the right fit in the company is the key to a successful career. There are people there who genuinely care and want to see you succeed. Be willing to learn, take on new challenges, drive for results and you will do well here.
Cons
Antiquated processes, double work. One of the biggest frustration point settles in that you report to the US side of things and the Japanese side, they both want the same thing just in two different formats. Standardized reporting would fix this one. Beyond that this is not a bad place to work.
