Pros
None! Wait there’s one: they have coffee mugs that are square-shaped and fit every single car cup holder. You can get these for free as an employee.
Cons
Salary is low for the market, no opportunities for growth, no training provided. Full of odd people with no social skills. Self-proclaimed positive culture. Great places to work is obtained via questions which give you no choice but’s to rate them high: are we a good place to work yes or yes? As part of the Technical Support team, our titles were degraded yearly. So if you come in as an experienced engineer, after a few years of working there your title might be something ridiculous like Market Application Engineer 1 and you are now part of the Customer Service team. Human resources is a joke. Women/minorities in technical positions are truly devaluated, that's why they basically have none left. Applying for other positions is a waste of time, they won’t even tell your why you were not chosen. They took advantage of their USA employees during Covid by not paying our yearly bonus, no increases, while at the same time building new fancy facilities in Bloomington. They still owe me $3K. Left for a major company with a 35% salary increase, so no, I was not a bad catch as an engineer. Do yourself a professional favor and don’t stay for long.
