Pros
Very easy to get hired. Prove you can speak English passably and you are in.
Cons
Since it is a political survey company the hours are dependent on the client needs and the election year. As it gets closer to elections hours pick up but sometimes the night shift gets cut 3 or 4 hours before scheduled closing time.
