      - High turn-over - Low salary - No further development opportunities (no trainings, ...) - The company cares about numbers than people - What is in job description is not what you will be doing

      Pros

      Good company to work with and to learn new telecom technologies.

      Cons

      Happy to work but sometime, work would be bit challenging due to remote RD location, which seem normal for any international company.
