Bad - Anonymous employee SIMED Health Employee Review

Upper management, in my opinion, is horrible, they will just fire people on a whim, or if they don't like you. Treatment of minority groups, in my opinion, was also horrible. I felt so uncomfortable there, and any complaint about coworkers unprofessionalism towards minorities was ignored. Pay is trash, it's the lowest pay I've ever received for my position. Everyone is related or really good friends, and if you're not in the "in" crowd, you're ostracized. Stay away!! find a company that will pay you what you're worth and treat you better.
