Great Company - IT Support SIRKit Employee Review

Hybrid work which is good.

Company is struggling to retain employees. Majority of the core team as already left the company, only low hanging fruit employees are left. Very typical MSP experience, low wages, high turn over and literally zero growth. If you are talented IT tech, look elsewhere.

As a leader in the organization, I am obviously bias, but coming to SIRKit was the best career choice I've ever made. Our team gets stronger each year, and we keep offering more opportunities and benefits to our people.

Working at an MSP means embracing a consistently fast-paced and demanding environment, where slow days are rare. The continuous influx of work can be intense and may not align with everyone's work style.
