      I have got ample opportunities for learning and growing here in SISA. As this is a growing company, change keeps on happening but the good part is this pushes us to acheive new goals and learn things out of our way.

      Travelling to office from the city is little challenging as the office is in the outskirts of bangalore.

      Good People, particularly in Sales and Marketing

      No clue on how to build a company in areas outside of India and Middle East. Complete non-understanding from top of Leadership in the investment to be successful in North America.
