      SJ & A will always give you the tools to work up to your fullest potential. They are there for you in every step of career from CFYs to license therapists. It is a hard job to not be involved in and the staff treat you with the most respect and appreciation.

      Pros

      Family always comes first when you work for SJ & Associates! It is owned by 2 amazing women, who understand what it is like to balance family life with work life. They are very supportive and encouraging!

      Honestly, I cannot find any downside to working for SJ & Associates!

      Pros

      You can choose to accept or deny potential clients offered to you - no pressure . Management keeps providers informed of any changes at the county or state levels. Management is kind and understanding about personal emergencies.

      Cons

      Lack of benefits, such as retirement plans, reasonable health insurance plans. Paid time off was given based on provider’s schedule of session conducted per week.
