Definitely a job that you could see your impact made. Leadership was steady with excellent values; excellent structure with access to Executive Director and Board. Team was professional and knew their roles. Organization was well respected. While busy, family balance was respected.

As a non profit, resources were somewhat limited - but we learned how to leverage, leverage, leverage. Compensation was below Silicon Valley tech standards but in line with similar non profit work and was fair.

The firm is dedicated to foster a family-like atmosphere within the company. Everyone in the company are very professional and know what they are doing.
