For the most part, the campaigns that are sold evolve in magnitude year by year. Skill and hard work are recognised and via proxy there are rewards. I want to emphasise the quality of the Sales Directors & Senior Partners - incredible mentors.

Without name dropping, there are communication problems from upper management.

I had the chance to work on several large-scale events and celebrations, developing proposal and pitching skills and learning to negotiate with executive level stakeholders. I learned so much about business and how to conduct myself in a corporate media environment that appreciates creativity. I spoke with high level professionals from all over the world, and grew in confidence and professionalism with the support of the management and CEO. The team are all incredibly smart and varied, from all walks of life, which adds to it being a great place to learn about partnerships and sales. If you put the work in, you will be rewarded, and there is plenty of scope to go far.
