1. Good for self-learners if you just want to do everything on your own. 2. You can pitch and add your own idea and can work on that instead of just sticking to the original plan. 3. WFH allowed sometimes. 4. Flexible timings if the project is on time. 4. Paid holidays if notified in advance.

1. Accounts department is new so payment timings can be an issue. 2. In the case of AI and ML project sometimes explaining the progress report to the seniors can be frustrating (based on my personal experience only).
