Small company with great camaraderie. Work is fun and never feels repetitive. Provides the opportunity to use critical thinking and problem solving skills. Lots of learning and hands-on experience really fast. Paid hourly + straight overtime when necessary. Overtime was always an option. Extremely flexible with schedule. Fun company events.

Their service is in high demand so I often felt overworked. Not paid enough. Lacking in standards and training for new employees. Often, when I had a question, it was hard to find someone who would take the time to help me or teach me. Have to deal with customers who often require a lot of patience. Sometimes responding to customer calls late at night to try and fix issues remotely. Occasionally having to go work on equipment after hours to get things up and running.

Satisfying work surrounded by knowledgeable, capable individuals. The office space is clean, quite and well organized. The staff are all friendly and make newcomers feel welcome.

Inadequate communication between employees and individuals on a personal level. I received only one status review in a year and that was on the phone. Very little in the way of milestones and measures to know if the employees work is on time and on budget in a timely manner. Expressions of management dissatisfaction come to late to take corrective action.
