Pros
When you're off the clock, you're off the clock (especially when you take PTO). There's a lot of flexibility to move around, so you're not stuck in the office all day--you have freedom to drive around to your properties and get a change of scenery. The office is pretty laid back.
Cons
Heavy workload that can get overwhelming at times. Customer service is not a focus, and it doesn't create a positive experience for residents.
