There is no work culture. If any work culture exists, it is to demean employees and place blame on others. The owner is crazy and constantly walking around screaming at employees and demanding things to be done with no consideration for the already over burdened work load. You can work there for years and no salary increase will come through. You have to fight and beg for pay increases and sometimes they will bully you to make you leave so they have to pay. The main managers there are very much bullies and I could of brought up a harassment case against one of the managers if I wanted to. There's an immense lack of communication. No respect. No acknowledgment of a job well done. The company is terrible and frankly holding on by a thread. Their financial outlook DOES NOT look good and I really hope they fold soon.
