A lot of useful training, great managers and coworkers, everyone very knowledgeable. you can learn a lot and the companies technical vision is very modern.
Cons
If in a dead end project can be quite hard to move forward. if not completed the graduate scheme, your experience and suggestions are not really taken into account.
