Pros
Good pension and healthcare system. There is a side for everything on the internet system and good training opportunites
Cons
Salary cut under the pretext that the secondary's are fantastic, yes they are good, but not that good to justify a 35% cut. They are arrogant, burocratic and most of the support useless.
