Pros
World class training program, a lot of time is put into your training. Opportunities to basically go anywhere within the company if you apply yourself enough. Amazing culture of different people from different parts of the world.
Cons
As a trainee you don’t receive day-rate bonus for being offshore. Although you are on a higher salary after around 3 months of being offshore the offer isn’t as good as other companies who offer less salary and include day rates. The difference after a year is big
