Company has lost all good customers. Laterals pls don't join, it's not at all commendable. Especially ERP domain. Hikes are not good. Dirty politics and partiality. Higher Management never comes to know what's going in teams. Manager will eat all the perks and hikes of team. For Freshers nothing left to learn, the salary is very less. Only you can pay your rent and food expenses.
