Poor leadership and management. Lack of vision. Low trust towards new external recruits, tend to be biased towards individuals that they've conditioned since internship level who have stayed instead.

Office is located in KL Eco city which is convenient for public transport users.

- office is super run down - manager and director are micromanagers, unable to take suggestions from juniors or new employees - salary was always late with no prior disclaimer that it would be late - benefits are nonexistent, and did not clarify during the interview process, claims made are inconsistent with what is submitted - older longstanding employees have their own clique and make it hard for newer employees to get along/get invited to "company" events
