- office is super run down - manager and director are micromanagers, unable to take suggestions from juniors or new employees - salary was always late with no prior disclaimer that it would be late - benefits are nonexistent, and did not clarify during the interview process, claims made are inconsistent with what is submitted - older longstanding employees have their own clique and make it hard for newer employees to get along/get invited to "company" events

- great hands-on experience - reality check of how the agency works - good colleagues

- sometimes have to stay late doing work, and no OT payment - micromanage bosses - not professional - doing work/errands out of the job description
