Lack of consistency Micro management yet owner won't talk to you Owner is always scheming Trucks are not 100% legal and no intentions making them legal Mold and food isn't a concern How employees are treated is tragic No consideration of your time Expect to work 10 to 14 hours a day on a b.s. salary Comissiom seems to be whatever he feels like and you don't get it on all product Constant customer complaints and they arent wrong Everybody makes something different Your safety isn't a concern Deceitful about lack of benefits No sick time Company puts their problems onto you then guilts you All machines are crap
