Decent job - Customer Service Representative SMART Payment Plan Employee Review

I got fired because a customers car was getting repossessed due to a prior agents mistake , so obviously the customer we was quite upset , so I was trying to deescalate the situation, apparently I was suppose to to, her to contact her dealership because there’s nothing we could do when it was our fault company was also sued for similar issues, management doesn’t care they suck tbh
