Nepotism is pretty prevalent with that not everyone is treated the same of faces the same consequences for mistakes made.
They also want expert level experience but pay entry level or below market value wages.
There has been A LOT of resignations over the last few months but instead of really analyzing why this is happening, the CEO chucked it to "growth" and not everyone can handle it. It couldn't be any further from the truth. People do not quit jobs, they quit toxic environments. While every person can be replaced, treating them like they are disposable *while* insisting on a core value about "helping people grow" is a huge contradiction.
A growing company will lose some people in the process however, when you are losing the main people who has helped the company grow, that's a red flag that something is going on within leadership.
