If you have a good team it makes it easier to deal with the poor management and lack of communication from upper management.
Cons
Low wage compared to different companies offering the same position.
Upper management are complacent to issues and do not really care - they only want to see the numbers.
Promotions you can forget about, unless you choose to play into politics and hope they’ll see your hard work after years. They have archaic management in place, they do not understand current ways of running a business and because of this the turnover rate is crazy high.
Low commission rates and if you have a micromanager prepare to be doing busy work in cheap uniform pieces.
