Pros
The people at SMEC range from young graduates to older chief technical principals, meaning there is a good range of skill and people to work from. The social culture is pretty good also with plenty of events organised. Flexible working arrangements are pretty good, part time available working remote available. Career opportunities and ability to travel with work are encouraged but take ages to eventuate.
Cons
No option for compressed work weeks or fortnightly RDO options. No bonuses. Have to work long hours to keep up with the workload.
