Definitely work in the Utah office--they are also in AZ and CA. They paid pretty well and the benefits are great. They covered 100% of the insurance premium. There are a few pretty amazing people who work there.
Cons
There are a few people who have too much power and influence in the company. Rather than "all sides" being represented, only the words of a few have merit. If profanity is offensive to you, this is definitely not the place for you.
