      Cons

      The bosses are clueless on how to run a company. Very unprofessional. Sexual harassment occurs and nothing is done about it. They act like they care about you, but are fast to disregard you. They don’t properly train then will point the finger when there is a problem. Your opinion is always wrong to them even after they ask for it. Better get ready to stroke their egos. They should just stick to their day job as engineers and not try to be business owners.

      Pros

      Since 2022, I've had the privilege to see the company grow from about 36-38 employees to 60-65 now in real time. The owners of SMP are open to hearing out employees concerns and suggestions. Even some I've had myself as I work closely with them. I love that this company is a self-management environment; they trust that our employees are responsible to get here on time and to complete their tasks on their own without micromanaging. If a manager is talking to you, then you know you're doing something wrong. I look forward to continue my years here at SMP!
