Pros
Salaries are pretty good. If you are out on a contract your job is fairly safe until the contract ends. They keep employees by paying good salaries not by the way they treat them!
Cons
Management is very controlling and behind the scenes at corporate is very negative and judgemental. They are very good at covering things up!! They treat women very poorly and have always had trouble maintaining female staff members. They have had to do a lot of creative reporting to cover this and a lot of other negativities up. There are very few women that make it into management at SMS. I think that speaks for itself. Coworkers are afraid they will lose their job if they speak up about anything. Management is good at hiding everything from Bert.
