The culture here is just awful. I mean, it's really poor. I don't think management really cares. Why would they? They're too busy thinking about money. The business services staff is underappreciated and working with some of the partners here has been incredibly difficult. It's all very black and white here and sometimes it just gets plain weird. After working here, I've decided to never work with lawyers agin. Also, the computing system needs to be totally revamped. It's outdated and quite slow at times.
