      insurance will be deducted from the employee's salary leave encashment and gratuity will be added in the CTC no cab facilities even if the employees are working in the shifts. poor management skills for the top management no skills improvement programs worst policies high politics no benefits worst culture

      Been here for over 5 years and cant find any reason to look outside!! freedom to work remote with good work life balance!

      Its a consulting firm so you have to travel from time to time.
