Pros
Company is moving quickly and will make a mark on this industry. The straight forward approach of C-level leadership is refreshing.
Cons
Acceptance of change and improvements by C-level and VP teams but there is a lack of support and direction when it comes to middle management and director levels. It’s clear that there are blinders on, by the C-level and VP’s, when it comes to a select few middle managers/directors because they lack the skills to guide a team. It’s evident and even joked about throughout the company. Especially when, said managers/directors, are responsible for part of their team making sure a clients first impression of the company is positive yet fail at this consistently without disciplinary action taken. Instead the impression is that the team members are given a pass and finger pointing occurs blaming other teams. The bottom line is the middle manager/director has little experience guiding a team, covers up the mistakes and allows this to continue. The constant theme is that the middle manager/director is protected due to favoritism and other talent is overlooked.
