The people/teams are great, very hard working
Cons
Pay and benefits: Socotec do not pay market rate yet expect you to work very long hours, no recognition. The Board are only interested in their bonus yet state they are people focussed!! HR are overstretched and micro-managed by the HRD who doesn't give a damn about people!!!
