Pros
Great for a part time job with the ability to choose your own work hours, the pay is good for a sub (one of the highest pay for subs in the district), easy system to find assignments and clock in
Cons
Seems like they only work with 1 charter school in the area, if I don’t want to work at that school I won’t have work (no variety of schools). The school has a lot of behavioral issues as well and most sub jobs are work when you want but the school will harass you about always picking up substituting jobs (what should be a work when you want job is more like you getting harassed to pick up jobs every week)
