401K Match for Roth IRA 401k. 18 Vacation days. Local management good. Back office HR support good. Web based info is good. Schools for 2 kids paid. Can opt out of health care if you wish. Fair wage. Overseas Fed income tax exempt for 11mo out of USA. They do not overwhelm you with too much HR annual nonsense.
Cons
Do not pay as much as other contract companies. Currency fluctuations for local prices when dollar is weak.
