      Pros

      At first it seems like a great place to work: - Great salaries. - Possibility of learning. - Projects from big companies.

      Cons

      But then it turned to be something totally different: - Few interesting projects, a lot of them were internal. - Little to no HR presence. - Bad communication. - Poor financial plan: they hired a lot of us with a very tempting salary and then they fired close to 100 people, without previous advice. - They insisted a lot with "Make everything right" and ethics, but they did exactly the opposite.

      Pros

      Super warm and welcoming community, and there is an atmosphere of collaboration and support that made me incredibly comfortable to ask questions and make mistakes - only to speed up my learning process.

      Cons

      My internship was remote due to covid, not their fault but pretty unfortunate.
