Given 2 or 3 options for corporate purchases will always go for the cheapest regardless of whether it is the best option. Always revert to using staff/materials from India/Dubai rather than local resources because they are cheaper. They will argue with every supplier/contractor to get their own way to the point where they no longer want to work with you. Management hear your concerns but do nothing about it, numerous issues raised and told well that's how it is here. Promises are made by management and then reneged on Senior management are unable to adapt to working in different countries and want everything to work the same as it does in their Indian and Dubai locations. Management would rather give you additional responsibilities way outside of your job description than hire the staff required with the relevant experience for those roles Didnt have a review or probation meeting all the time I worked there which was the same for other employees. Declare to be cutting edge and innovative when in reality that's what they would like to be but they don't have the resources or desire to push boundaries and try new ideas. No decision can be made (regardless of how trivial it is) without the owner approving. 3 times myself and other staff were not paid on time, all of the salary payments are initiated from India and every time we were paid late we were informed there were banking issues which caused the delays.
