this is to acknowledge the concern i had faced quite a lot of problems from my side even though with a relevant experience from my field. they will need you to think outside the box but can it possible that they set unrealistic goals and you will realize that you come with ideas and strategies that is never revealed. They pressure every employee to achieve the unrealistic tasks. in the meetings CEO in coimbatore branch, will harass you and personally targeted for silly things. I think they don't follow professional ethics. As we are humans tend to fall sick very rarely but the CEO keeping this in mind treated badly once back to work. Actually its none of their business. the weirdest part is having unplanned demo just to humiliate the indian team in front of the US team by the CEO in US branch
