Staff are all closely bonded and the village is so small that your customers become friendly familiar faces
Cons
They will do anything they can to get the most for the least out of you, they take advantage of children wanting part time hours for school who take up practically the entire staff force and are the first to be told to stand in for a sick call, holiday requests are ignored and the owners are ignorant
