Pros
Easy job to do with virtually no challenges. There are some really nice people to work with that wish to work as a team. A lot of hours going due to lack of staff.
Cons
Low on staff and if someone calls in sick they call you at the last minute or if you're already working they expect you to be willing to stay for the whole day. You aren't paid much, but when you consider what you have to do its not an unfair wage. Rota gets changed often and you don't get informed which leads to you being called early in the morning and being asked where you are.
