Smaller family company, no corporate nonsense to worry about. Weekly paychecks, company parties and appreciation days! Flexible scheduling at least for my position. Loved the people I worked with.

Benefits are okay, but not the best. No paid maternity leave. Middle managers changed a bit but heard that it’s been fairly consistent lately.

This was one of my favorite jobs... I had to leave because we were relocating because of my husband's job. I was so upset and I still haven't found anything like it. Everyone was so laid back and so nice. It honestly was one of the only jobs I have had that wasn't uptight and they allowed you to do your job however you would like, as long as the end result was the same. The were very open minded to suggestions and always gave me the best to work with.

No retirement or company sponsored benefits, but they were really good about flexible schedules, Christmas parties and things here and there to make up for it!
