It starts with the CEO who is Terrible. She spends unnecessary time talking about irrelevant stuff. Completely rude. There were several times I was cut off in calls and not heard. Constantly over promising and not doing adequate research prior to accepting projects. Everyone complains about being overworked because They have everyone doing everything, no clear job description's and responsibilities. Underpaying employees because she feels like she can. And let's not start on how they cannot manage the funds correctly. Don't expect a bonus, good insurance or perks on this job. I was only given 12 days of PTO for the year while they barely give you the normal federal holidays off. And it's hard to get in contact with HR because they are contracted to the company and on the other side of the world. It took me over a week to even get onboarded correctly. She expects you to work all hours of the day because she does and doesn't seem to understand work life balance. They claim It is a close knit but everyone is fake and the employees talk behind your back instead of working. I was told that she will threaten to hold people's checks if you don't work?? Last thing, the CEO has tantrums, where she will randomly start going off on everyone when she feels like she doesn't know what's going on. Very unprofessional and toxic work environment after the first 6 weeks working there. I lost sleep because I hated this job so much.
