Pros
- The people and culture are awesome, everyone is super friendly and helpful and it doesn't have unnecessary workplace bureaucracy or politics - The most flexible workplace I've ever seen - no micro management, work from anywhere, flexible work hours - Awesome learning opportunities, especially for early career professionals in both law and business operations. The management team really encourages young professionals to take on new challenges and skill up quickly, and provides hands on experiences and resources to help support this. I have personally worked across a range of areas here and really feel like I've expanded my skillset beyond what I could have imagined from a traditional law workplace
Cons
- High autonomy does mean sometimes you don't have as much direct guidance as other workplaces might have. Personally I like this model as it is more self-directed, but if you like having more structure and support you might struggle - Salaries were a bit lower than other places in Sydney but they have been increasing and overall are still good considering the lifestyle and other benefits
